Iron County, Wisconsin is located between Boulder Junction and Park Falls in north central part of the state along the Upper Peninsula of Michigan border.  Iron is known mining, deep woods hunting, northern lake fishing, canoeing, winter activities, camping, waterfalls, rivers, streams, lakes  which also has Turtle Flambeau Flowage, File Flowage, Frontage on Lake Superior plus a couple communities including; Mercer and part of Ironwood.  It’s surrounded by 3 other Counties; Ashland, Price and Vilas.
